How do I choose my size?

Our sizes are based on Australian sizing, a sizing chart is available on every style.
Simply click a style you like and under the title of the garment you will see four tabs, please click the Sizing Guide for the measurements on that design. Please see images below for a guide.

Are your pieces organic bamboo material?

Our second collection Orbit is made of certified organic bamboo material, read more about our fabrications & their benefits here.

How do I look after bamboo clothing?

I placed my order but it still says processing?

How our order system works is that your order will be in the processing status until your product reaches your destination. Once we receive confirmation that your order has arrived we will classify the order status as complete. This is when you will receive your completion email of your order.

My Item Hasn’t Arrived

Please make sure to contact us at admin@the-great-beyond so we can resolve the issue.

How do I track my order?

Australian Orders

All Australian Orders are sent express Australian Post. An email with a AusPost tracking ID will be sent to you which you can trace via http://auspost.com.au/track

International Orders

Free Shipping

The Great Beyond offers tracking for International Orders. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID after confirmation of your order. Please allow 3 -4 Business days after order placement for tracking to be sent to you.*

You can track your package via Track It Online here. Simply enter your tracking ID we send to you and see every movement of your parcel.

Express Shipping

DHL will notify you via email of the status of your delivery. You can track your item with your tracking ID here.

I didn’t receive a printed receipt with my parcel

We believe in reducing our environmental foot print as much as possible. That is why all our receipts are kept digital, to check the status of your order simply click Account on the top right hand corner. Then click your recent order ID, your tracking number and website to track it from should be listed under Order Updates.

Where are the clothes made?

How come my white classics piece is more off white?

All our pieces from the classics collection were dyed without using bleach for sensitive skin. To achieve a whiter colour for your classics piece, simply wash with a washing detergent and you will see the change in colour from off white to white. If you wish to maintain it’s current colour, please use washing detergent without bleach additives.

Do you offer express post internationally?

Yes we do! The fee for your destination will be displayed at check-out, please be advised we do not cover import customs duty for any of our international destinations. Please check the countries list here, arrival time varies 2-3 days depending on country.
